I was just reading about this after work today. This is horrible.
I remember years ago reading about an old woman who was down somewhere in the Southern US and they were starting to experience high water/flooding. This was flooding no where near as fast as what is happening in Germany.
The way she described it was like one day they told her that she should get out before the waters came. She refused at the time and then the next day she was riding piggy back on the back of some National Guardsman out of what was left of her house as the waters were climbing.
The shyt is no joke.
Hopefully the huge numbers missing are from the cellular network going out.
When Mother Nature hits out like this there is nothing you can do about it except pray.
