nikkas in here wildin.

i’m a huge 90s-2000s fan. I’m from Cleveland. And i’m probably the biggest irrational Bizzy bone fan on earth. I’d probably put him in my personal top 10.

And with all that said, objectively i wouldn’t put bizzy over cole especially when it comes to individual accolades.

Not even gone entertain the juelz fukkin santana talk :stopitslime:

and i bumped that album like crazy back in the day.

Yes he is

1. Cole has a classic Fab doesn’t though real talk is one of my favorite rap albums

2. Cole for the last decade has been a better songwriter and lyricist than Fab has been his entire career.

3. Cole has had more impact, influence, and longetivity than Fab.
1. Cole doesn’t have a bonafide classic he has an album that’s extremely endearing and influential to his fanbase in FHD. Cole has classic mixtapes like Fabolous not bonafide classic albums even compared to his peers he has nothing touching Take Care or To Pimp A Butterfly for
example.

2. Nah, he hasn’t. In the last 10 years Fab dropped Friday Night Freestyles, Summertime Shootouts series, and Friday on Elm Street with Kiss and he’s spitting on all those.

3. Fab is still out here 25 years later so longevity isn’t a point and it’s debatable whether Cole has been more stylistically influential than Fab from fashion to rapping. Cole had a much bigger career and impact though.

Juelz isn’t a good rapper lol.

Cole wipes the floor with him.

What he lacked lyrically,he made up for in style and beats. Cole lacks the production neccessary to ever put him in a goat or top 10 discussion in the first place. I made a thread on this the other day. Cole lacks emcee pressence to control crowds. Cole could not go in front of non Cole fans and shut it down. Juelz couldve pulled that off no matter the region he was in,or the type of audience. And he definitely has Cole beat on the sound.

tf does this even mean?

The article doesnt explain,Melo still using the word bookend:mjlol:

From watching the vid,a cohost says hes watched Coles journey from the start and hes created a "story book ending". The question was with Coles retirement, has he done enough to be considered top 10.

So it sounds like hes saying if we are talking about rappers who gradually elevated, blew up,then went out on top of their game. Hes in the top 10 of having story book endings.(Book end)

Im going to question whether Carmelo even listens to J Cole. He damn sure didnt get specefic, and only bought up Cole apologizing and then piggybacked off what his cohost said:mjlol:

Melo talking out of his ass Cole must be his son's favorite rapper. No way in hell is Cole a Top 10 rapper...especially when his strongest push is that he sold well in a weak era.
