Cardio or no cardio?

long story short I used to do cardio twice a week. Now for the last month I've been focusing on bulking up and hitting the weights hard and upped my calorie intake. I just weighed myself earlier today and I'm up 7 lbs I'm not sure if it's added muscle or bad weight should I add cardio back into my routine? Or am I good for now?

I focused on my diet and weights for the past several months, pretty much cut out cardio, and got hella lean. I guess it depends on what your goals are and how your body reacts to certain types of exercise.

Yup, high intensity sprints with a short rest break for 15 minutes. I used to run an entire football field for as fast as I could. Walk back (active rest) then run it again. Couple sets of that

You can do HIIT with jump roping also
