Wow, thats amazing! I been thinking of incorporating some other forms of cardio so I may pick up bag work!

yeah my gym has a boxing class every thursday..we start out with shadow boxing, then it's usually partner shadow combo's (1-2, 1-2-duck, 1-2-3, etc.), followed by heavy bag work with combo's (one person hold's another one box's, and another one does burpee's/jjacks, pushups, etc.)
