US has different laws than the UK.

I watch English Premier League, and follow English news and culture to an extent, so I always hear about fukkheads getting into legal trouble over 'cism.

I personally can't be bothered to care about these idiots. Should people get arrested for ideas? Probably not. But if someone gets a fine for calling someone a ****** on twitter, I'm not shedding any tears. fukk em.

It's not something I'd advocate, but if it happens and they get charged with racism, I'd actually be happy.

Man, some of you don't even think about the implications of what you are advocating. Not just you, I heard the same shyt on my facebook feed.

How would you decide what is racism? Who decides?

A lot of people on this site uses the word CAC, Cracker and says whites are albino mutant animals. Would they be charged?

How would one properly judge? Just by the use of slurs? What about someone quoting a rap lyric or using the word "nikka"? Why wouldn't they be charged with racism? Who gets to determine their intent?

Wake up.

Well there haven't been any arguable cases brought forward in the UK :manny:
It's not really enforced too heavy but you CAN be charged. It's nice because in extreme cases with media cases you can get got. Keeps these racist cacs on their toes :smugbiden:
You definitely couldn't be dissin the president like the story in the OP

You should be able to call ANY President whatever the fukk you want.

What should be illegal, and it already is, are cases where one is credibly threatening the President.

I big up Europe on many things, but they fukked up on their freedom of speech laws, especially in the UK and Germany.
