I met canibus multiple times. Just talking to dude you can tell he's bipolar with a horrible memory.He can't go off the dome. That's what he was trying to cover up when he didn't spit on the radio with Kieth Murray. I'm pretty sure that notepad had some ether in it,but to pull it out in the middle of the battle was just sad.
