after seeing the whole vid i can see the "catch " as far as this website... did a little research and there is an equivalent supplment like sold at walmart for way cheaper...

but i really never knew the specfics on this whole subject... just cutting out the sugar and everything refined prob would do the work of buying any extra supplement...

but damn.. i never knew how trecherous these conglomorates are....
