So I was having a discussion about cancelled shows over the years and I made a point of saying that in the past 10 years there have been plenty of shows that would have been bigger than they were had they been on a different network instead of being restricted networks that they were on. My examples were:

Boss - Kelsey Grammar was all types of awesome on this show, only problem was that it was on Starz... who the hell watches Starz? Had this been on HBO and gotten the proper promotion we could have had at least 6 seasons of greatness.

The Inbetweeners and Skins - There was no damn reason these raunchy ass shows should have been on MTV, they got censored and watered down something serious. Those shows should have been on Showtime with Shameless.

Firefly - How this piff as show wasn't carried over to the Sci-Fi channel after Fox foolishly cancelled it I'll never know.

Brehs what cancelled shows you think could have lasted if it was on another network?

I really think that Bates Hotel would be so much better on HBO or Showtime and American Horror Story.

I know I didnt answer the question.

But I also think 4400 and Dead Like Me would be better on a premium channel.

After the success of Batman/Superman TAS, WB should have created a "DC Comics Network" atleast 10 years ago where all those shows like Justice League, Young Justice could live with no problem. Every cable provider would have picked that channel up. Relying on Cartoon Network makes no sense to me...
