Can you live stream Wii U games? I wanna put somebody on the Summer Jam Screen

How would you go about live streaming a game of Smash bros? Would it be possible to do a live match for the Coli like they did for 2K16 ? Pretty sure Wii U doesn't directly support live streaming like the PS4 does...

If we CAN get it to work, who wanna go up against the Smash God?

I'm not an expert but I'm sure you would have to use your computer and a capture card like everyone else who doesn't stream directly from their consoles.
