Love in the essence as in relationship-love? That's tough so I'm a go and say No. You can love in other manners though, love the personality, love the drive of the person, love spending time and kicking it.

BUT there are many things that can make someone physically appealing to another person. Eyes, smile, lips, etc. So there is always something attractive about a person...NORMALLY

And loving someone usually makes people overlook superficial flaws
