I thought about asking if you could cook the food your bf/gf enjoys but I dont want my thread to flop

I am certain I can't cook the types of food my older family enjoys. They're spending three hours cooking up four different dishes every other night from scratch

@Donovan Gumby and I have complete different taste palates


Going to start figuring out dishes instead of relying on a vegetable lasgnaga

I make a mean lasagna. I use cream cheese ricotta spinach garlic cloves and your other staples.

Did he teach you to make sauce from scratch? A few of my coworkers said that makes all the difference and that store bought tomato sauce is basically water and tomato peels

I'm doing masonry rn, its' a very stable career so i'm sorta happy

I don't remember where I got it from but the recipe is very simple and my version goes like this:

• 2 ripe bananas
• 1 tablespoon of sugar
• 4 tablespoons of almond milk
• chopped pistachios
• handful of chia seeds

1. Slice your bananas and put them in a blender along with the sugar, and almond milk
2. Blend for one minute then pour into a plastic cup
3. Add your pistachios & chia seeds then stir until they're mixed in there
4. Leave the cup in your freezer for 20-45 minutes, depending on how soft you want it (serves 2)

Other variations are pretty much the same (most ppl freeze the bananas first)
