Can you all point me to some good PC cleaners/optimizers

I want to clean, optimize and organize my computer. It has gotten with bloatware and no telling how much malware I have due to some....."exotic" sites I visit. Plus it's full of junk files and duplicates.

I have AVG, Avast and Spybot, for anti virus/spyware capabilities. I really need registry/file cleaners and a program to optimize the computer. On a somewhat related note I'd like to overclock my i5 3.33ghz and 570gtx card as well. So if you all could point me in the right direction I'd be mucho appreciado.

Pay CLOSE attention to any and all warnings and read through instructions carefully. If you're not confident in your ability to do these tasks, don't.​

it might just be easier to move all the files you need into one organized folder (SCAN all of them for viruses or whatever)...back it up to a flash drive (or discs) and start again clean.

I understand all those tools work, but sometimes it is so damn time consuming that its not even worth the hassle and still a chance of something lingering on in the background.
