I am 22 and have been lifting weights for 4 years. I have taken breaks in between but have never gone longer than a few weeks without hitting the gym. Recently I had to get Oral surgery (Wisdom teeth) and I was out of the gym for longer than expected.
I actually felt like I started getting growing pains and think I grew about an inch (not exact). I think 22 is too late to hit a growth spurt, so does anyone think heavy weight loads on your back and constant pressing can stunt growth?

Yeah breh it's a little too late for this thought you're done growing.

Now If this was a 13 yr old asking this it might be a different story.

I heard this too, not sure how true it is though.

I didn't start lifting til I was 19-20 so I was good with growing, plus I wasn't training properly til I was about 23.
