Can we speak on how Villeneuve is coming for the GOAT director crown?

This guy has been releasing movies for only 14 years; he has multiple classics in different genres. He released 4 sci-fi classics in a row; Arrival, BR2049, Dune P1 & 2. Making a historical epic about Cleopatra, an unknown big IP given to him just after part 2 that took precedent over Cleopatra, and was planning to do Arthur C Clarke's Rendezvous with Rama, which is a potential 5th scifi classic. Just mind blowing. We need to protect this french canadian bastid at all costs

I agree, I find myself checking for his name more often. Very refreshing projects since I feel the sci fi genre has be stagnant with the exception of his work.
