Mining is going on under the guise of large tracts of land that masquerade as conservancies. Also in those conservancies they get to keep all the animals that have value and gain from the industry. Also with the acreage in the thousands of hectares is farm land and pastoral land inaccessible to the locals.

Essentially we seem free but these dudes still getting everything they got prior to independence. There is still imperialism going on.

Kenya needs better land protection laws. For as far as we have come there are smaller African countries that do this better

We took their names, their clothes, their religion, their beauty standards, their language and still continued to be disrespected. Why should they respect us when we don't even respect ourselves? Clearly imitation isn't working so why do we keep doing it?
