Playground; Obsidian, and Coalition have all made good to great games, it's safe to say their new releases in 2022/23 will at least be 80+.

The Iniative is made up of former employees at Rockstar and Sony SM, whatever game they have cooking will likely be great too.

State of Decay 3 and Everwild will probably release in this time frame too, those games are wild cards and may be phenomenal.

It could be pushed back but as of now, Horizon is scheduled to come in 2021. Sony supposedly has other games left to be revealed next month, including a new Silent Hill game for 2021.
