Say there is a man on third, the batter at the plate walks, but instead of jogging to first he sprints and rounds first base and attempts to steal second giving an opportunity for the man on third to take home if the catcher decides to attempt to throw out the walked batter.

yes was used alot by Pete Rose but hasn't been done in awhile for fear of both runners being caught

This is some rec league little league bullshyt that gets pulled all the time with little kids.

They don't do it in the Majors because they would be gunned out like it's not shyt. You can't be serious.

Could work. Especially if the pitcher is distracted/having a bad game, but the second the batter rounds first and everyone starts shouting, the pitchers first instinct will be to watch the runner on third. Chances are it still wouldn't work on any other team but the astros. :heh:
