It was about a corrupt financial company of some sort who was going to collapse and the only scene I remember is the boss coming out to address the employees basically guaranteeing them that everything is okay when it really wasn't.

Then one of the workers asks him if he ever smoked crack, and if not he should consider starting

Then the boss wrote a note to his assistant that said fire him.
