Can someone recommend me documentaries so i can learn more about the Moors

Don't know of any documentaries that truly look into the Moors from a non-European view except Hidden Colors, which mentions the Moorish occupation in Europe.

Some books though:

Golden Age of the Moors



The Story of the Moors in Spain



The Story of the Moors After Spain



These are good starters and will give you a better of understanding than most.

Not really a documentary but it's just as good if you don't mind hearing one of the GOAT Africans.

Some of the language is dated but he's a great place to start.



Hard copy is always best but I'd suggest googling 'golden age of the moors pdf'. It's a good place to start with tons of references but more importantly the author has common sense.
