How does the NFL benefit from giving EA exclusive rights to make NFL games compared to if EVERYONE was allowed too...

I know they paid a huuuuuge chunk of change for the rights, but still... Them rights pay off for the NFL more then multiple companies selling?

NFL owns a shyt load of EA stock so they are basically just jerking themselves off and getting paid for it.
