Download a demo copy of After Effects CS6. Pretty sure it comes with Mocha.

Track the bodies. Paste on the heads to the tracking points.

There are a million and 1 mocha tutorials out there. Find one.

They need an online tutorial for this. After effects is a cluster fukk.

motion tracking and match moving mainly.

you can track a particular point on a video. mocha creates a path for that point.

you can place an object on that path. the object follows the path and gives the illusion that it was originally in the video.

Match moving is an extremely important part of VFX.

Kind of hard to explain. Just search on YouTube for "Match moving" and you'll get a better idea.

Here goes a good example of match moving. The car is obviously fake, the textures and lighting suck. but it's pretty convincing because the motion tracking.

WTF are you kidding me? People are moving the damn head frame by fukkin frame? There is no automated way to do this like say, highlighting the area you want to keep the image in and automating that function? You nikkas really putting in frame by frame work on these digital compositions? :whoa:
