how was she aged and old if ant man was in the quantum realm for 5 hours and it was 5 years?

if she was in the quantum realm and hours = years shouldnt she only be like 2 days older?

It was more like 20 30 years ago. Hope was like 8 or 9 when that happened and she like 30 40 now.
