Can some body shed light on this PS4 patent that doesn't allow used games?

Wait so if I buy a game that was already registered on some random dudes console and I cop it for a lower price, does that mean I can't play that console at all?

Because if that's the case then fukk that. I don't have a favourite when it comes to consoles (used to be Nintendo but then the Wii dropped) but I'll cop an Xbox and NEVER buy a PS4. I picked up Dynasty Warriors for like 10 pounds a few months ago on my PS3 because it was used and it's fun as hell.

They'll be ripping the whole, 'buy a game at a bargain' experience out of video gaming and that's ridiculous.

If this isn't as bad as it sounds then I'll cop the PS4 a year after launch.

If the cost of making games are going through the roof and they aren't recouping you will only keep seeing the same tried and true titles released.

Chances are this wont be anything to talk about when the systems drop. The same thing was said to be in the ps3 and nothing came of it. If it is used it likely would only be used like online passes are being used now where you cant play online with out a code.

No way Sony or anybody else releases a console that doesn't play used games
