Can someone still be fit (i.e. good abs, muscular forearms and biceps just off exercises that can be done at home with no barbells, bench, machines, etc?
Push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups

'd something serious. You can tell by the amount of muscle mass one has usually if they use weights or just do purely calisthenics. A lot of cats his size though have MASTERED the calisthenics, and really have no need for weight work anymore, plus to stay cut AND lose weight more efficiently (b/c weights will add muscle weight), they tout calisthenics and people that don't know any better are misinformed into believing that they can get like this with their body weight, and a few bars alone.
