Can someone still be fit (i.e. good abs, muscular forearms and biceps just off exercises that can be done at home with no barbells, bench, machines, etc?

Push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups

Can this happen?

Well push-ups, and pull ups are some of the best exercises you can do

Throw in some squats and lunges and good core workouts and ure good

But you will be lean, slim, and fit if you couple it with the right diet and rest.

Just a proper body where your arms and chest show when wearing t-shirts, v-neck, etc

If u eat right yeah

Guys in jail no weights no squats no deadlifts come out swole but they are eating good

But fools in jail doing like 500 dips 2k pushups etc crazy numbera cause thats all they do lol

I would replace chin ups with dips, and find something to do for shoulders.

Then do single leg squats for quads, find some way to do glute ham raises for the lower posterior chain, and single leg calf raises for calves.

Abs would come with diet, though I guess you are not really loading your core so you would need to do ab & lower back work too.

But yea you do those 8 things 3x/week, you will be good. I will prob transition into a routine like that as I get older.

yeah they are very modifiable exercises so when one variation becomes too easy then you can easily make it more challenging

Depends on your fitness goals.

You can only take your leg strength so far. What I mean by that is if you want to have quads and hams that look beefy, you are going to have to have weight resistance.
If you just want to look like a Abercrombie & Fitch model with skinny legs so you can fit in skinny jeans, then yeah, body weight resistance exercises can help you achieve your fitness goals.

If you seriously believe he got like that using ONLY his body weight then you've just been :troll:'d something serious. You can tell by the amount of muscle mass one has usually if they use weights or just do purely calisthenics. A lot of cats his size though have MASTERED the calisthenics, and really have no need for weight work anymore, plus to stay cut AND lose weight more efficiently (b/c weights will add muscle weight), they tout calisthenics and people that don't know any better are misinformed into believing that they can get like this with their body weight, and a few bars alone.
