I don't know how far the polls/computer is going to drop Oregon...
Both them and Stanford are in the PAC 12 North... if Stanford beats UCLA, Stanford wins the conference and Oregon gets nothing.

need them to drop below LSU!

:dj2:pretty much impossible now

oregon best bet is that stanford loses at ucla next week, oregon beats a top 15 team in oregon state next week, then makes it to the pac 12 title game against a ucla team that beating stanford would be ranked top 10

then they have to hope florida state beats florida and then loses to georgia tech in the acc title game

notre dame loses to usc

Stop it breh....your homerism is showing yet again

He does have a point though. Oregon hasn't beaten a real good team yet. Bama beat LSU, UGA beat Florida and Florida beat Texas A&M, LSU and South Carolina. SEC wins again :win:

Margin of victory should mean something in that case. You play whos on the schedule...they shouldnt be penalized because theyre in a "weaker" conference.

none of that matters

SEC is 4-9 in the BCS, and CBS and ESPN are gonna make sure they get an SEC National title game, and SEC teams in the major bowls.

Notre Dame could win out, and still not get in..cause of the SEC being the "best" conference to the computers.

In that case, La Tech and Louisville should be in the BCS conversation. :comeon:

That basically sums up what i was trying to say...The SEC bias is too strong. Oregon shouldnt be punished because theyre in the PAC12. Which is why i said you play whos on the schedule....sure you can bring smaller schools into the equation, but that just shows the shortcomings of the BCS system
