Was that the weakest Warriors championship team, yes or no??
Hard to say. Klay, Steph, and Dray barely played together before the playoffs because of injuries :manny:

all i know is they didn't face elimination at any point

@UpAndComing and @stepbackj34spud...yall boys around the same age as I am....you've seen a lot of quality C's basketball. I know you rep the C's regardless but ain't no way you can condone Joe's philosophy on offense.

There's zero off ball action, zero half court sets, zero creativity... :hhh:

To me it is HOW the 3 pointers are generated that is the key. People look at box scores and go crazy because they obviously don't watch games

This game was the perfect example of the terrible way to generate 3 pointers. They literally was just jacking up shots with no set plays. That to me would make my eyes burn and want to go back to a simpler time when post play and mid range was king

Last season when they won the title was a different story though. It was the ideal way to generate 3 pointers. They constantly drove in the paint, posted up, drive and kick, crashing the offensive rebounds to wide open shooters. That to me made a old school ball lover like me very happy. They have been doing some of that this season, but not consistent enough. If they get back to that, they would be Back to Back champions

The Celtics offense works because they have one of the most stack teams ever the last few seasons.. Multi allstar caliber players, multiple olympians, multiple high quality role players. It’s shytty offense but when you have so many quality players that can shoot the 3, it works. Doesnt mean it’s right.

I was watching a podcast.. somebody said the Celtics would get smoked by those late 00s-mid 10s championship teams that play with an actual offense.

Weve seen these Celtics lose to a weaker Warriors squad in the finals.

Bro...

I know that you love the Big 3 Paul/Ray/KG era of the Celtics and the Paul/Antione era of the Celtics as much as I do, it was exciting times, and the 2008 championship is easily my favorite. But damn, it's time to move on and appreciate this current era of the Celtics breh lol

None of these top teams have anything for JT. Other guys have to show up. JB has been a little disappointing in big games thus far. But the real issue is Pritchard and the bench giving us nothing

I dont like Jayson Tatum’s game. Dont like his late game decisions/shot selection(crucial travel last night). And i dont think he’s a 1st team caliber player. Other than that, i have no problem with the current celtics.
