Can legal action be taken (house raids)

The search warrant had what they were looking for (drugs), but it wasn't like kilos of it; just for personal use (which was probably only for 1 use). The warrant, which didn't have the person's name, only listed the nickname of a person and someone who doesn't resemble the person they took in.

Now my family is in disorder and we're faced with a fukked up situation. Can legal action be taken? The warrant only listed our house and cars; no names.

I'm officially on more of my fukk the govt. steez now. fukk these stupid fukks.

don't say anything else. But a good lawyer can get the charges dropped. Also if the drugs r gonna be a part of ur fams life - there are lawyer groups that specialize in this and you can pay monthly..... so that when something comes up he will come like

unfortunately we live in a police State. They don't need specifics or names on the warrant...... Just the address to ur premises. They can only search 1 thing... if it says ur home, but u keep everything in an RV out back... u can sue if they take it out of there. They only need barely anything to get a warrant - like someone saying " i saw him w this and he went in that house"

The warrant wasn't even from a neighborly city; shyt's like 30 miles out; a place none of us go to. It's just this shyt came out of no where. Like I feel these dumb fukks didn't even do homework and were supplied with false info. I'd know if shyt was popping off here because I keep tabs on who comes around the house. All that come around are family. Plus we're taking care of an elderly and why the fukk you gonna bring that around the house?

I just wanted to know if anyone dealt or knows someone who dealt with false raids and if I COULD take legal action over something that shouldn't of happened.

all raids can be justified. Thats basically what u need to know besides the fact that no names need to be on the warrant. This is Amerikka, not some utopian village that doesn't incriminate people for personal life choices.... someone around ur house uses drugs and they need an excuse - well they have the excuse because of the traces and paraphernalia.
