I still love the show, but I cannot believe the order they pick their stories. Unlike anything else.

On Monday, the Cowboys/Eagles game was somewhat low on most other programs on ESPN/radio -- like the fourth/fifth topic. On First Take? It was No. 1 and No. 2, different topics tied to the game. The Falcons losing didn't come on until the second hour of the show :why:

Then today they wait like 50 minutes until talking about the biggest baseball trade in a helluva long time? :why: :why: :why:

They had two different topics about Tim Tebow? :why: :why: :why: :why: :why:

I guess they know what the audience likes though, and football, football, football is it :manny:

smh i love football and baseball. but arent there NBA teams playing. that we can analyze and talk about. and some how everything comes back to tebow.

this is why i cant stand ESPN. first take used to be entertaining. you would get good sport stories in between debate segments. im seriously not understanding ESPN thought process

ESPN First Take - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
...Analysts and long-time sports reporters Skip Bayless and Stephen A. Smith (along with guest) are featured, providing roundtable and often adversarial daily debate on current sports topics of interest to the United States audience.

Debate mainly focuses on the NFL, NBA, NCAA football, and basketball. Golf and boxing have also been discussed during times of major events in those sports. Ice hockey and Major League Baseball are very infrequent topics on the show....

Hmm, I've never heard of this show.

Yeah, they have the most ridiculous order of topics.

On the rare days I watch, sometimes I'll tune in late and think I missed the big topic of the day, and that shyt will be coming on in the next half hour.

You know football is by far and wide the most popular sport in America right?

They only give a fukk about ratings, not the hopes and desires of the 15 people paying attention to the NBA in November
