I don't think you understand the nature of a demon, op. Demons don't have free will or any kind of autonomy that would suggest they can be reasoned with. They are beings of pure evil and exist to serve their dark masters. There is no reasoning or negotiation with them, and they can not be controlled or commanded by anyone other than their master. The only way to attempt to influence a demon is by performing a ritual that has been sanctioned by their master.

Angels and Demons are spirits. How can spirits not have souls when they are souls

We are made up of three parts. Body, spirit and soul. The spirit was first given to Adam when God breathed into him. When we die the body returns to dust, the spirit goes back to God and our soul remains.
