as long as you eat healthy and proper you will lose any extra weight (fat ass stomach jiggly thighs etc)
Technically, it is possible, but in reality, I disagree. Proper diet will basically maintain your current state without working out, but if you want to LOSE, gotta do cardio b, and lots of it.
