hell no. even if this was a good idea they need to first sort out their proposition process that lets people spend without raising revenue and they need to spend as much time enabling renewable energy businesses with a smart power grid
It's a Manhattan Institute piece. That means it's just regurgitating the same arguments everyone has been debating for the last few years without saying much new. There are sometimes decent articles, but there's also a lot of hack-enabling going on over at that place. Notice the lack of actual argumentation in this piece, for example.
Are you getting paid to make people click links or something. How come you never include the info in the link in your threads?
yeah my aversion is to the publication as well, I'm not sure what they're about exactly but every time I see city-journal.org the article below the URL reads like some epic trolling
edit: I see what you're saying it looks like the publication is run by the Manhattan Institute
