How can we thrive as a people if we don't take our predators and scammers to task. If he does not demonstratively do what he said he would do, then he should be stripped of any influence he has. To claim you're for the benefit of the black man and then steal the profits gained from that identity is not good at all.

Medical and Health professions are regulated by the state.
You can keep your degree but you can have your ability to practice revoked.
