C Rayz has a lot of great music but never lived up to his talent. Dude's always in and out of jail. I thought he was gonna be pretty big when I first heard him like 10 years ago.
Rayz is criminally slept on. I think alot of his bars, punchlines goes over folks head due to his eccentrics. Which is something he admits to. One thing you have to admit in terms of work ethic is his consistency. Given that he just recently drop "50 Shades Of Rayz" and an album before that. Those that are on a major imo can learn a thing or two from Rayz on this note, In terms of keeping your name buzzing with mixtapes and features.
Also this is just my opinion, but i think he would further serve his purpose if he signed to someone like Tech N9ne's Strange Music. I think he would blend perfectly with guys like MURS, even though Rayz has his own label.
