I just looked up the case for the first time. It was a 16 year old fan who got “too close” in his personal space so his crew beat him to a pulp and then one of them shot him. If it wasn’t him who pulled the trigger, he refuses to say the person that did. Why does anyone think this man is getting out of prison?

He was an accessory to murder at the very least and you do deserve to be in prison for that. Also, “somebody else pulled the trigger but I refuse to name them” is not a reasonable defense.

That is far from one instance. Watch ID/CI channel or just read a newspaper for numerous examples where a crime was initiated my one person in a group and they all get charged. That’s the way it should be to deter people from even rolling in a group that commit crime.


If the story of him being in a crew and is reluctant to give up the shooter, or the shooter is reluctant to give himself up. Then I’m sure the victims family will seek some solace in seeing C rot in jail.
