I’m an entrepreneur and I tell ppl all the time, the good thing is the market decides what you’re paid. I actually left my last job bc of discrimination, and similar to this, I filed a complaint but nothing came of it.

Byron has billions(maybe less?) and this still goes on. Honestly Not sure how we can address this moving forward but it’s a good conversation to have
