only did 30 my nikka and :dead:

Break um up into sets of 5-10. Take time to let your heart rate go down then do another set. You'll know when its time to quit. Your mind will tell you to quit before your body will though. Try to get to 50 and if you can do that do 60 the next week, etc.

I do jump up burpees with a push-up. At 30 reps, it's game over.
