I really hate comments like this “rich people don’t wear items to look rich”

Hov was literally flaunting a 6 million dollar watch a few months ago

Jay-Z Shocks Watch World with $6.5 Million Patek Philippe

Bun is a hoe ass nikka anyway
I mean, he’s right and wrong. Unless he’s dressed up Jay doesn’t really rock noticeably expensive shyt. When Jay walks around he wears shyt that I could wear any day. It’s just that his has an unnecessary mark up. I’d say the same for a guy like Nas.

That’s like someone who has designer shoes without the monogram .

If you know you know .

Just because the average person can’t identify something because it doesn’t have the brand name plastered doesn’t mean shìt doesn’t cost .

Of course, but that’s part of the aesthetic. Most people with money don’t wear it on them, it just is.

I know many rich people. They call tacky rich people “new money” and judge them. Rich people spend money on shyt I wouldn’t but even amongst them there is elitism. For example, they always looked down on Trump.

I know what Bun saying. I wear a pair of dark selvedge jeans, black shirt, and all white shoes with no markings and a dope wooden watch with my chain. As plain as it is, I get more looks and attention than when I wore more colorful and flashier clothes.

To each his own, but I don't take as long to pick out clothes and always look fresh.

My simplest shyt be more pivotal.

Mark Zuckerberg plain t shirts cost 400 to 3,000.

The suits Hov wears aren’t loud and cost 2400 to 10,000

Peoole making assumptions cause you think it doesn’t look expensive

That’s what I just said….. And that’s the point not looking like you’re trying to show off your wealth is a rich guy thing to do. Bun’s point was people dress in a way that they think demonstrates wealth, but the wealthiest people actually look down on that. Now whether you care about what they think is another thing. Those same people also wouldn’t wear the gold ropes that Jay and Nas have.
