As far as a healthy Bucks or Nets let them...

Buck or Nets have to play each other before the ECF and the Bulls could be in the ECF...

They fukk around and get the Bucks or Nets in the 1st round and thats a 5 game series...6 if the Bucks or Nets go up 3 - 1 and just don't care about game 5....

Great news for the Bulls though...they went from being one of the 5 worst teams in the nba for years with no hope of anything to a should be perennial playoff team that should only be losing to the team that is going to come out of the East this year...

Front office hit it out of the Park...coaching is pretty solid...team makes sense on paper AND makes sense when you watch them play...I always thought it was weird to do a sign and trade with the spurs when they could have just signed Derpzam outright and Thad Young could help them right now...but they are trying to be a playoff team so that 1st round pick is inconsequential to them and Thad only has 1 more year and wouldn't be back there beyond this year anyway... Eversley BETTER get some serious Executive of the Year consideration especially after he had to clean up the cesspool of shyt GarPax left behind:mjpls:

I need to go ahead and get my Eversley fired or his contract not renewed 3 years from now cause the bulls can't beat the Bucks or Nets and thus they need some new cac GM to come in and sign insert big name star he won't ever sign post ready :mjpls:

Ehhh I think a healthy Milwaukee team still takes them out and that’s no shot at Chicago..

As well as Demar has been playing this year, he needs a finals type run to help change the narrative about his legacy.

What is Derozans legacy? He got sonned by Lebron repeatedly? Uh so has literally every team and player that is NOT the Spurs, Mavs, or Warriors

Miami
If everyone is healthy come playoffs, Nets and Bucks are still a step above the rest. Bulls are right there with the Heat for 3rd best (again when everyone is full strength). Maybe a slight edge to Miami in the postseason due to the experience bc outside of Demar there isn’t much there besides some 1st round exits from Vuc.

Depending on how things break, I could see any of the 4 mentioned above going to the finals though

Im pretty sure that the award will go to Arturas Karnisovas instead of Eversley

Why would it go to him? When the Spurs won executive of the years awards in 2013 and 2014 it did not go to Gregg Poppovich who was the president of basketball operations it went to RC Buford who was the GM? So why would it be any different in this case? Unless you telling me Arturas is the person who has much more to do with roster constriction that the person who holds the title of GM ?

Depends on the seeding and DeMar.

I can’t see them beating a healthy Bucks or Nets team. Healthy Miami could be a tough out as well.

And quite frankly, I do not trust DeRozan in the playoffs. He’s playing the best basketball of his career this season and 100% deserves all the praise he’s getting. But we’ve seen him play at an All-Star/All-NBA level in the regular season before and then completely shrink in the playoffs.

Hes the VP of Basketball OPs, hes the top decision maker, he hired Eversly as GM

Lawrence Frank just won the exec of the year award in the same position while having a GM under him

I dont even understand the logic, why WOULDNT it go to AK?
