What we on fellas? Been intermittent fasting for a year. Lost 50lbs (which is good) and some strength (which is bad) 6’3 245lbs 35.5 inch waist. Probably around 18% body fat. Repping 335lbs 3x3 on bench
405lbs 3x3 on deadlift (just put these back in after a year)
425lbs 3x3 on box squat smith machine squat (after getting too 10 plates on regular squats I didn’t want to increase anymore. It was getting too dangerous)
185lbs 3x3 on overhead press

I WANT SOME GAINS THIS WINTER :damn:


SPENDING NEW YEARS IN TIMES SQUARE NEW YEARS :ahh:

Want 365lbs bench 3x3 before the end of the year
