Any common things I could eat and home/body weight exercises to build up? I'm 150 trying to get to 165-170 with definition (Never had abs but the lower belly/sides seem to be a problem).
Oh and I'm currently dealing with a bad back going to the doctor next week but my mother says sciatica is hereditary. Any back remedies?
