real actors AND animated characters welcome...with one caveat - animated characters have to be "human" it can't be some character like brian from family guy or bender from futurama.

Mom - Kitty Forman (very difficult choice. Chose her for her ability to be quirky, sarcastic, able to cook and clean, and be a caring mother even when Eric and his sister messed up, I forgot her damn name. Also considered Vivian banks, Claire dunphy and some of the old school TV moms.
Dad - Cliff Huxtable (funny and successful. Was considering Phil Dunphy also and Michael Kyle too.
Sister - gotta think about this. Not many good ones come to mind other than Tia and Tamera.
Brother - Will Smith (the cool and funny guy who you were sure to get girls with. Imagine the fukkery with will and Steve urkel.)
Aunt or Uncle - Uncle Jesse/Aunt Becky (cool but responsible)
Grandparent - Arthur Spooner (crazy old man)
Optional flex spots
Sibling #3 - I'll have to go with a boy here since I can't decide on a sister. I think I'll go with Zack Morris. The white version of Will. A ladies man who always got into mischief and was funny.
Grandparent #2 - Fred Sanford (another crazy and funny old man)
Misc. extended family member (aunt, uncle, cousin, in-law) - Cory Matthews (sort of an in between character. Not too dangerous and not too safe. Loyal friend and well rounded young man. Would round out the group well.) Throw George Lopez in as the cool and crazy uncle who brings some Hispanic flavor into the show.
Neighbor/family friend - Steve Urkel (smart and annoying but guaranteed to get you into adventures)
TV girlfriend/wife: Amy Santiago (cute and hard working. Was seriously considering one of my two crushes from GOT. Daenerys and Margaery. Runner up goes to Penny from big bang.
