I see ya'll talking, not sure if/when things'll get fixed, might as well explain :ehh:
Now if you're on some "Ain't nobody got time for that" or "duhhh" shyt then keep it pushing, its only intended for those lost and wanna know... cool? Let's proceed:

Smilies: So a lot of are likely typing your smilies out. If you're not, you can by adding colons between the name of the smiley. For example:
Code:
:mjgrin:

:mjgrin: It's essentially the same concept for everything else, only with you replace the colons with brackets [ ] and fill them with the appropriate tags. In each of these, you'll start with the opening [tag] and finish with the closing [/tag]

Images: Simplest one, just add img for the tag and paste your link between them
Code:
[img]https://static.getjar.com/icon-50x50/a7/968685_thm.png[/img]
968685_thm.png

Youtube/timestamps: Video links themselves should embed on their own. For timestamps, you're essentially adding #time equal __ hours __ minutes or __ seconds to the end of the link-- #t=__h__m__s. Example:
Code:
original link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XGPeZEasuxI
timestamped link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XGPeZEasuxI#t15s

Media: This one is a tiny bit more advanced but still doable for the average person. Enter the media as the opening and closing tags, and fill in the blank with the corresponding media you're pulling from. With this one however, you're only pasting in the tail end of the link. It already knows the website from the media tag, it just needs you to direct it to the link. Unfortunately, you can't really see what all media is supported right now but you should be good with your major players like facebook, reddit, etc. Example:
Code:
original link: https://streamable.com/1dvo3k
portion needed: 1dvo3k
final output: [media=streamable]1dvo3k[/media]
[media=streamable]1dvo3k[/media]

Spoilers: Same deal, just using the tag spoiler between the bracks, you can add =____ on the opening tag if you want to title it, Example:
Code:
[spoiler=lesson complete]...[/spoiler]

Now in all fairness, all of this information and more is readily available on the site. Check out BB Codes | Sports, Hip Hop & Piff - The Coli for more info.
Rep me if this was of use tho :salute:

:russ: at the broken image.

Funny thing about this post is there is prolly a whole group of nikkas that don't know how to post any media and they don't have the stomach to learn:mjlol:
there's been a noticeable demand to find out, here's their chance
