How do u feel on a daily?

I’m in my mid 20s and I got a tourney coming up this weekend

But lately I been peeping my feet cracking a lot, shyt kinda scaring me
Overall I feel good but I had 3 ankle sprain last year and the most recent one took like 5 months to get back about 90%.

I alternate between maybe 90-95% now.

This is first first time though where I feel like "oh... maybe 100% healthy is never coming back.

Knees also occasionally have a slight ache as well.

My peers my age that hoop are getting injured left and right too so I'm wondering if I should quit while I'm ahead and just be runner/golfer

Was a long recovery. Both physically and then mentally to play again. But I remember the doctor telling me that once healed you don’t hace a greater risk of it happening again. Its the same as before the injury. Didn’t feel the same but was able to play at a decent level afterwards. Definitely took away something but you can get back to it again.
Thanks for sharing.

The thought of a lengthy recovery makes me uneasy especially for the ROi on my basketball career ($0.00) lol.

Even being down with an ankle sprain is rough now adays since I'm constantly in motion trying to get things done in life.

I wouldn’t quit if I were you, I’d just keep making sure I stretch; take proper rest days and be strategic with intensity

Your body strong if it’s recovering from an ankle sprain, your peers probably got more wear and tear

It might be mental bro no funny shyt

I really think injuries are like hitting a parlay or sumn, unless your body is truly breaking down

I was hooping with a breh who tore his achilles

Took him 8 months to recover. He lost a lot of weight and I was seeing him do his rehab exercises in the gym when he was back to doing physical activity.

Around the 9-10 month mark he was back playing pickup with us.

If Giannis is pulling GM moves after his ring he needs to retire from that shyt.

Every single move they’ve done has been ultra wack mixed with them being unlucky.

Doc Rivers curse, but teams keep hiring him.

Every team that hired Rivers to coach had injury problems:

T-mac and Hill
KG going down in 2009
Blake and CP3
Peg leg and playoff memphis bleek
Embiid, Simmons, etc.
Now it's Dame and Giannis last year

Why this bad karma coach stays employed is some voodoo shyt I can't explain.

City of champions BAWSTON
bucks are done, no high draft picks, portis going to opt out. Brook Lopez a Free agent. Guys they have on cheap deals who out performed it - taurean prince, gary trent jr, kevin porter all free agents. Kuzma at 20 mill, now stuck with lillard deal 58 mill next year and 64 mill the year after

I predict giannis asks out asap it may actually be the best for them
throw in a few first rounders as well :ehh:

Bucks can Call OKC, Houston, Boston and get a better package. OKC Have the young players, Draft picks and are title contenders, Houston has the young players, draft picks and are Title contenders, Celtics own all their picks except 2029 first round and have good players + salaries to match and are title contenders. You're not pulling that trade off with RJ Barrett as a centerpiece.
