Nike Mag from 'Back to the Future Part II' to Finally Release on October 4
The power-lacing Nike Mag, as seen in
Back to the Future Part II, will officially release Tuesday. The company will donate the proceeds from the shoe to the Michael J. Fox Foundation to help find a cure for Parkinson's disease.
The Nike Mag is being teased on the Nike SNKRS app and features its signature LED lights and power laces. Nike took to Twitter to announce the release Monday, tagging Fox, who played Marty McFly in the
Back to the Future series:

Nike will provide the opportunity to purchase the sneaker through The Draw, with fewer than 100 pairs available. To enter The Draw, you must make a charitable donation of at least $10, and there is no limit to the number of tickets you can buy.
