Lets see nikkas come in and try to explain away this type of shyt right here. Industry turns into some clowns when it comes to Jay. Whether u agree with what Jay is doing or not. The NDA isn't important at all. Which i don't understand why people keep mentioning it
Pre-settlement, the energy was That we were still waiting to see what happened with the lawsuit. Thats why all moves were being watched closely. Working with the NFL at that point would be a huge red flag because the case was pending.
Soon as it came out that the case was settled and Kap took the check and signed an NDA, the energy shifted to “whats next”?
At this point, you still havent heard anything from Kap and the overall perception is that shyt died down.
I believe Jay at this point started prepping a move toward action, which is what we see today.

I believe the NDA is important because he cant talk about the deal. We have no idea what that deal said. It could have said that he could no longer promote kneeling, or ever mention the NFL again, we have no idea. Thats 100% important

Mentioning the NDA and Kaeps settlement is another way to belittle what he did to big up Jay Z
