It looks like Bryan Cranston may be keeping the bald look going long after "Breaking Bad" ends this fall.
According to a report from CosmicBookNews.com, the three-time Emmy winner has been cast to play another bald villain — Lex Luthor — in the upcoming "Man of Steel"sequel.
Ben Affleck cast as Batman in 'Man of Steel' sequel
The role would reunite Cranston with his "Argo" co-star and director, Ben Affleck, who will play Batman in the film, which will pit the caped crusader against Superman (Henry Cavill). Affleck's casting caused quite a stir on the Internet when it was announced on Thursday. However, the addition of Cranston might be more warmly received considering how well he has rocked the no-hair look for his acclaimed turn as chemistry teacher-turned-meth cook Walter White on"Breaking Bad."
Cranston, 57, would join a prestigious group of actors who have played Superman's famous nemesis, including Gene Hackmanand Kevin Spacey, who is also going up against Cranston for the Best Actor in a Drama category at the Emmys for his role in Netflix's "House of Cards."
So far, Cranston has been silent on the casting rumors.
