When you brush your teeth in the morning, your tongue should be part of the equation. No exceptions. You can tell who dont brush their tongue, same ones all up in your face heaving swamp mist out their mouth.

How best is it to deal with these muthafukkas, is there a technique? Or do they just have blunt truth coming.

And they always the ones that want to be ALLLLL up in your face. This damn chick was talking to me in line about nothing, trying to make small talk for some reason, and goodness fukk she obliterated my nostrils.

Any grown normal functioning adult that goes to the dentist once or twice a year should already know and be doing this. Just for people presence for one, personal hygiene, and your significant other. The thought of kissing a female with a foul mouth that don't brush her teeth and tongue on the regular . That blunt truth never hurt nobody, let em know.

nikka I use baking soda with lemon juice and a washcloth . My breath smell like Winterfresh and my teeth shining a white light.
