Bruhs, Whats the best way to Get music on the Iphone5 without Itunes

I upgraded to a Iphone 5 from a 4.

I have a reg Macbook from 2009.

I try to access Itunes with it and My computer say I need to upgrade to 10.6.8 to use Itunes 10.7

I only have 2gb of ram though.

I just want to listen to some while im at work.

Thats what im trying to do.
