bruhs... how do you transfer HD quality videos from an iPhone 4 to another source?

My homie recorded me dunking today at the gym and sent me a vid via MMS and that shyt was status.

Yet it plays in HD on his phone.

Then he sends it via email and its still

So I hop on google looking for a simple solution (i.e. just transferring to a computer) and it looks like there isn't one. Everything involves an app. And I dunno how tech savvy my homie is so I dont feel like making him install one just to send it.

WTF!??

Now I remember why I stopped fukking with the iPhone after I had the OG... Apple always making stuff difficult.

So I come here... Rec room brothers, is there a SIMPLE way to do this without the quality lookin like it was recorded via a 1996 webcam!?!?

The easiest way to do this would probably be using dropbox.
He'll have to DL the app but its free and real easy to use.

Step 1
Get dropbox and make account on iphone
Step 2
Upload video
Step 3
Get on a Computer and go to the Dropbox site and login
Step 4
DL the video
