Quinn, Weeden, and seemingly Manzeil were all the wrong picks for this organization

You need a high character guy who is going to right the ship and be there for a while. Someone like Russ, Cam, or what Jameis is looking like he will be.

The best option this year seems to be Paxton Lynch, he has a big body and decent arm. Linking him with Travis Benjamin, Barnidge, Crowell, and potentially Josh Gordon could be enough to turn things around
